  • The chances of getting injured in a gym, playground, and in other fitness activities are very high. While yoga does not have any risk at all in fact yoga gives us an understanding of our body. Once we start understanding and exploring our bodies on our own, we start living our life joyously.

The concern of the gym is to get bigger and look muscular. Very few people go to the gym to stay healthy. The gym has its other various benefits but people generally want to gain pounds of muscles in a very quick time. Yoga unlocks those energy points thus we feel a flow of energy in our body and always look fresh and calm yet powerful. Yoga maintains the internal hormonal, and immune balance and keeps our mind connected to our body.
